Since I am not subject to VAT as a secondary business, all sales are considered "private sales".

The items offered are unique private documents. They are one-of-a-kind and not goods in the conventional sense. Every purchase is a "deal among collectors" in this mini niche and carries weight in a unique community.

1. Returns

All products are sold "as is" or "What You See Is What You Get." Therefore, please carefully review the images and descriptions provided for each item before making a purchase. For further questions, please use the contact form. I offer no warranty or guarantee for the purchased products, as they are merely old documents, for illustrative purposes, and non-functional. Warranty claims, exchanges, or refunds are excluded, except as described in section 3.

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted. Each item is physically unique. Once an order has been placed, it will no longer be visible in the shop and is no longer available.

2. Cancellations:

Cancellations are only possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. This applies until the buyer receives the tracking number (shipping confirmation). Cancellations are no longer accepted after shipment.

3. Refunds

A refund will only be issued if the delivered item does not match the item shown in the item description (For example, the ordered passport may not be suitable for the country or may come from a different era.).

In this case, first please inform me immediately! Then return the shipment to me by registered mail (to my address in Germany) and provide me with the corresponding tracking number. As soon as I receive the return, the refund will be transferred to the buyer's PayPal account. If payment was made via Klarna/SEPA/Link/ACH payment/Google Pay/Apple Pay or directly by credit card, the amount paid will be refunded to the account from which the payment service provider Stripe received the payment and forwarded it to me. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds for undelivered shipments are excluded. Please ensure you are home when the shipment arrives or check if it has been left for collection. I am not liable for the customer's failure to do so. Shipments held by customs will also not be refunded, should this unexpectedly occur. Please check the import regulations in your country before purchasing. If the buyer does not return the item to me by registered mail or without a tracking number, a refund will not be issued in the event of loss by a third party. Refunds in other cases are excluded. For further information regarding refunds, please contact your bank. I assume no liability for any textual information provided about the items. Typographical errors are also not grounds for a refund. Gift certificates are also non-refundable.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal for distance contracts pursuant to Section 312g Paragraph 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) is excluded according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the BGB, as "the goods are not prefabricated and their production depends on an individual selection or specification by the consumer." Therefore, withdrawal is only possible until the order has been shipped (we will provide you with the tracking number). Other withdrawals may be possible on a case-by-case basis. Abuse of this right will result in immediate exclusion from our shop.

5. Misuse

Abuse will result in lifetime exclusion from our shop and its supporters.
