We shall not be liable for any additional charges, delays, confiscations, or detentions by customs authorities or other governmental bodies in the destination country or in transit countries, provided that such circumstances are not attributable to us.
In the event that delivery cannot be completed due to the aforementioned reasons, no refund of the purchase price or shipping costs shall be granted.

3.4. Shipping Methods

We offer: Registered letter, DHL parcel, UPS parcel

Note: We categorically reject DHL Express as a shipping method of your choice, as we cannot guarantee that DHL will deliver your order within 2–3 days, especially for very long distances. 4. Returns, Cancellations, Refunds, Right of Withdrawal

4.1. Returns

All sales are final. Products are sold “as seen” (WYSIWYG). No warranty or refund is provided, except in section 4.3.

Cancellations are only possible before the order is shipped (i.e., before a tracking number is provided).
